Radiator Pressure
Hey Guys,
So my brand new Alloy Radiator just started leaking out of the core (Fins) and looks like the top is bulged, not sure what has caused this brand new radiator cap .9 was fitted same time, have checked the hose that comes off up by the cap and could blow through it easy checked the radiator when it pushes on it and could see through it.
does anyone know why this would have happened. im scared to buy another new one without knowing.
Car has not over heated no problems there it has not been driven just ran at idle.

Sounds to me like a defective unit. An air pocket should have bled out fine through the cap provided it was the correct cap. Did you have any swelling of the water pipes? I run Luxurysports in my TT zx nil problems, i've sold at least 4 so far with nil problems. I havn't heard of the guy you have bought yours off before.
You are covered under consumer guarantees act for faulty product. Just don't jump the gun on it and you'll find most sellers are reasonable to deal with on such matters.
If you end up getting a refund i can supply you a luxurysports unit for 260 shipped.

Megan Racing MR-RT-N30T 3-Row Radiator 90-96 300ZX MT TT
https://conceptzperformance.com/Cart/de ... p?II=11815
reason I ask is I need to buy the same model so that it fits in since I made the hole to fit that radiator.
