checking the belt on the z is much like changing it. P.S. if it needs doing, get the water pump done at the same time, and be very careful who does the cam belt as the tensioner is a bitch to work with. Most people goto Harvey for good reason! try redline. i forget which one, but its the manual trans oil for performance cars.
